You know that sinking feeling when the battery's low and the nearest Supercharger means a garage, a line, and a $30 parking fee? Skip all of it. Park at the curb like a normal person, go enjoy your day, and our Cybertruck will swing by and top you up — no keys, no waiting, no drama. Wednesdays and weekends, bookable up to 2 months out.
Reserve a slot any day of the week, tell us your Tesla model and where it'll be parked. Street level only — never a garage, and the spot must be reachable without paying an entry fee or passing a gate. Prepay online. Done.
Our Cybertruck arrives in your booked window and texts you. You open your charge port from the Tesla app (one tap, from anywhere) — we plug in. Your car stays locked the whole time.
Tesla-to-Tesla charging at up to 7.7 kW — roughly 14–20 kWh delivered depending on your model. We text a photo at plug-in. Pop your trunk from the app and we'll leave a cold premium water inside; skip it and we'll skip it.
Once your session's kWh are delivered (~50 miles of range), we pack up and text your completion photo with the exact energy delivered. You come back to a charged car. That's it.
Standard sessions deliver ~14–16 kWh; Performance sessions ~17–20 kWh — about 50 miles of range either way (exact miles vary by model, wheels, and conditions). Verified by charge-session data, texted to you. Deliver less on our side, and you're refunded in full.
We never take keys, enter your car, or move it. When we arrive, you open the charge port from the Tesla app — one tap, from anywhere. That's your entire job.
Timestamped photos at plug-in and completion, texted to you in real time. You always know exactly what's happening with your car.
Pop your trunk or frunk from the app and we'll leave a chilled, factory-sealed premium still or sparkling water inside before we lock up the port. Prefer we don't open anything? Just skip it — your call at booking.
For Teslas critically low on charge and legally, safely parked — not stuck in traffic or blocking a lane. Priced to beat calling a tow, covering all five boroughs plus up to 100 miles out — every day of the week.
We text a real ETA based on your distance within 15 minutes of your call — typically under 90 min inside NYC, up to ~3 hrs at the edge of our range. This is a rescue, not a teleport.
Enough charge to reach your nearest Supercharger safely — with a comfortable buffer, not fumes. We confirm which Supercharger you're heading to and the energy needed before we charge your card. Energy billed at standard per-kWh rates on top of the distance fee below.
Pick your distance to pay the deposit now — this locks in a driver and covers the trip. We text you to confirm the exact energy needed; that part settles when we arrive.
Not sure of your distance? Call first — 845-403-1564 — and we'll send you the right link.
We're Tesla-only for now — it's what lets us charge with zero adapters and zero risk to your car.
Any day of the week, up to 2 months out. Three windows a day — morning, afternoon, evening — so every booking gets our full attention. Slots are your arrival window — the session runs ~2–3 hrs from plug-in.
Street-level spots only — metered or free curb parking. No garages of any kind, and no lots that require paid entry, a gate code, or a ticket for us to reach your car. If we can't drive straight up to it for free, we can't charge it.
Short, in plain English, and worth actually reading.
Delivering your session's energy — approximately 14–16 kWh (Standard) or 17–20 kWh (Performance), roughly 50 miles of range — using Tesla-manufactured charging equipment, handling your vehicle's charge port with care, and providing timestamped photo documentation at connection and completion, including the exact kWh delivered. Actual miles of range gained vary with your specific model, wheel configuration, and conditions; the kWh figure is what we guarantee. If we fail to deliver the promised energy for any reason on our side (equipment, scheduling, weather cancellation), you receive a full refund.
Emergency Boost sessions promise sufficient charge to reach the nearest operational Tesla Supercharger from your vehicle's location, including a reasonable safety buffer, based on your vehicle's indicated efficiency and current conditions. We confirm the target Supercharger and estimated energy with you before payment. The promise is reaching a Supercharger — not a full charge, a specific range figure, or reaching any other destination. Emergency Boost is available only for legally parked, safely accessible vehicles whose charge port can be opened via the Tesla app or the vehicle's manual release lever, and is subject to responder availability; if we cannot respond, your deposit is refunded in full. The distance-tier fee is collected as a deposit before dispatch; energy delivered is billed separately at standard per-kWh rates once we're on-site. The deposit is non-refundable if your vehicle is not where you said it would be, is inaccessible (garage, gated lot, unsafe location), or the charge port cannot be opened within 20 minutes of our arrival.
nykevride charges Tesla batteries — we do not jump-start 12V batteries or provide any roadside service beyond charging. If your charge port cannot be opened via the app or your vehicle's manual release lever, we cannot assist and will direct you to a jump-start or roadside provider instead. This applies to both standard sessions and Emergency Boost.
nykevride is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your vehicle's battery, charge port, or charging system; manufacturer warranty matters; battery degradation inherent to charging of any kind; parking tickets, towing, or violations related to where you chose to park; or theft/damage to the vehicle unrelated to our charging activity. We never take keys and never move your vehicle.
Your vehicle must be parked legally at street level in a spot we can reach by driving directly to it at no cost. We do not service parking garages of any kind (underground, above-ground, or attached), gated lots, permit-only lots, valet stands, or any location requiring paid entry, a ticket, a code, or an attendant's permission. If your vehicle is in such a location at your slot time, it is treated as inaccessible under the no-show policy below.
Because we never hold keys or app access, you (or someone you designate) must remotely open the vehicle's charge port from the Tesla app when we text you at arrival. If you've opted into the water amenity, you also remotely open the trunk or frunk at that time; if you don't or can't, we simply skip the water — no refund adjustment, no problem. If the charge port cannot be opened within 20 minutes of our arrival text and calls, the session is treated as a no-show.
Charging must be permitted by the vehicle (no charge-port lockouts, scheduled-charging conflicts, or third-party access restrictions). Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost for severe weather or unsafe street conditions, at our discretion, with as much notice as possible.
Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your arrival window by texting or calling us with your booking ref — no site login needed. Inside 24 hours, a $25 fee applies. No-shows (vehicle not at the provided address, or charge port inaccessible) are charged in full — we'll wait 20 minutes and attempt to reach you first.
Sessions are prepaid in full at booking. Prices include everything except NYC's congestion pricing toll, which is passed through at a flat $9 (at cost, no markup) only for addresses in Manhattan's Congestion Relief Zone below 60th Street. There are no other fees, fuel surcharges, or expected tips.
One last look before payment.
You'll be taken to our secure Stripe checkout to finish up. Referral codes go in there too.
We'll text you the day before with your exact ETA. Park it, forget about charging — we've got it from here.
Text or call 845-403-1564 with your booking ref above. Free up to 24 hrs before your slot; a $25 fee applies inside 24 hrs. We'll always try to move you to another slot first before charging any fee.
Tesla-to-Tesla charging uses the native connector on both ends — no adapters, no third-party hardware between our truck and your car. It's the safest, most reliable version of this service, so it's where we started. Other NACS-equipped EVs are on the roadmap.
Never. When we arrive we text you, and you open the charge port yourself from your own Tesla app — one tap, works from anywhere in the world. If you want the cold water in your trunk, you pop the trunk from the app the same way. We never hold keys, PINs, or account access, which is exactly why your car is safe with us.
Garages are the whole problem we exist to avoid — and practically, our Cybertruck can't clear most garage height limits, and paid or gated entry breaks the economics and the contactless model. Street-level, freely reachable spots only: metered curb, free curb, or an open driveway we can pull up beside.
Because miles aren't a fixed thing — a Model 3 on aero wheels and a Model X on 22s get very different range from the same energy. The kWh we deliver is exact and verifiable from your car's own data, so that's what we guarantee. It works out to roughly 50 miles for every model we serve.
NYC tolls any vehicle entering Manhattan below 60th Street, including our Cybertruck driving to your car. We pass through the flat $9 toll at cost — you'll see it added automatically at booking if your address is in that zone, never hidden until checkout.
For a Tesla that's legally parked but critically low on charge — our promise is simple: enough charge to reach your nearest Supercharger safely, with a real buffer. It's priced by distance to roughly match what a flatbed tow would cost, and we cover all five boroughs plus up to 100 miles out. It's not a roadside responder for a car stuck in traffic; if your car is unsafely stopped, call 911 first.
No — we charge Teslas, we don't jump-start them, and we keep those two separate on purpose. If your charge port won't open via the app or the manual trunk lever, that almost always points to a dead 12V battery, which needs a jump, not a charging session. That's a different job with different equipment and risk — call AAA or Tesla Roadside for that one.
The distance fee is collected upfront so a driver is actually committed to coming to you — it covers the trip whether or not more charging ends up needed. The energy itself is billed separately once we're on-site, since exactly how much you need depends on your car's real state when we plug in. If we can't make it out to you, the deposit is refunded in full.
Text us — we'll unplug immediately and either finish at your new spot (if it's nearby) or refund the undelivered portion. Life happens; alternate-side parking definitely happens.
It's standard Level 2 AC charging at up to 7.7 kW — gentler than any Supercharger session and identical to what a home wall outlet setup delivers. The Cybertruck's Powershare system is built by Tesla for exactly this.
Manhattan and northwest Brooklyn — any day of the week. If your address is on the edge, book anyway — we confirm coverage before charging your card.
